This apartment complex from what I used to hear wasn't very good but they have a management company now and have been getting a better type of persons moving in. I have lived here a couple months and have not had 1 maitenance problem and every amenity has been open when they said it would be and has worked fine. I love the location downtown close to everything. I would reccommend to anyone.
