poor interiors, was burglarized, office staff
had a hard time getting things correct, trash, animal waste and debri a constant in the parking lot, repair and yard staff were friendly but inefficient, work orders rarely "worked" on, a little pricey for what i recieved, felt the people moving in (and there were many) and out caused many problems, the hot tub, washing, drying, and change machine rarely worked(and when did worked poorly), was suckered into living there a second year(lack
of rental agreement understanding) by an auto-renewal policy....horrible

I lived at Riverpark for 5 years and had the best service I've ever experienced in an apartment community. You can't blame others for crime, only the criminals.
