Do not live here if you can save yourself. We have had many problems with our apartment and everytime we call it takes at least a day for someone to come and fix it, and then they don't fix it correctly! Our hot water heater didn't work for days. Our tub was leaking hot water and made our electric bill outragious because the hot water heater ran all the time! The ladies at the office always seem nice but they are dumb, they just tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. However, the worst part is all of the HOMELESS people that hang around these apaptments. There are about 30 homeless people that sleep outside our apartment everynight, it is a bunch of crap!

Your full of it! I have lived at Riverpark for 15 years and in my 15 years I've never seen 30 homeless people at Riverpark. Maybe 2 because we live along the river. The girls in the office are smart and beautiful. Your just jealous.

I've lived here for 1 1/2 years... The girls in the office (when there used to be girls in the office--most everybody seems to be gone now) were quite lovely with perfect make up and almost all of them were young and skinny... (Gee--wonder if it might be a GUY doing the hiring here???) But to say they're 'smart' might be pushing it. But this place has gone downhill just in the year and a half that I've lived here. The maintenance is horrible. Like many other posters have commented--they never fix anything right. Some things I've just given up on getting fixed right. Get tired of calling and waiting and calling and waiting.
