I didn't expect much for only paying $300 for a stdio but they are actually good sized apartments and the ofice staff is friendly and prompt. I think some of the other reviews were a little harsh. This is the largest complex in the city and when people move in they need take that into consideration. They have done the best they can to make it to do my work orders promptly and they fix it right the first time. I have not seen the homeless people they the others have talked about but the river does run behind the property and the homeless have been known to rome he river but that is not Riverarks fault thats public property. It's good for the money.
