I have lived here a year, and am moving to a different place in Wichita b/c of all the problems. First it was the fleas and stray cat last summer. Then it was bad maintenance work and there complete lack of respect for the persons apartment. They did a fix to the showerhead, and whatever they did they left a fine carbon flake deposit throughout the apartment, that they didnt bother cleaning up, along with all the dirt and mess left after they finish doing there maintenance. Then it was the issue with package delivery. The office girl never bothered to tell me someone had been there to deliver a large package even after I went into the office and specifically asked, only to find out later that the "office doesn't accept large packages" and "we assumed you knew this" was conjured up as excuses for their incompetence. Then it was the nasty odor problem that took months and months to get any kind of reasonable fix, and only after i threatened to leave and I called in a housing inspector did it get fixed. The management even said they dont have enough maintenance money to get stuff fixed, can u believe that'! So, what about the fact that the patio door never locked, or the dishwasher wasn't secured, or the bathroom vent cover was hanging down. THOSE don't matter, so they never got fixed. Ohhh, I have some cockroaches that make home her now. I would recommend staying away from this place if you at all can, its not worth the headache.
