I have lived here for 4 months and have hated every minute of it. The maintence is absolutely horrible!! I was driving to Salina every day one week and came back to realized my air conditioning had quit while I was gone and it was 90 degrees in the apartment...it remained that way for 5 days and they won't give any type of refund for the 5 miserable days I spent in a HOT apartment...it wasn't important enough to fix promptly. There are about 10 cats that are fighting and hanging around all the time; people smoke weed outside our apartment; we have roaches that apparently came from a vacant apartment, however, they don't care enough to have someone come out and get rid of them; the grass has to be a minimum of 1 foot before getting mowed....etc etc...nothing good to say, this place sucks!!
