I was fairly pleased when I first moved in here, but it's really gone downhill. I think the office staff and maintenance staff have mostly quit, or so it would seem. The laundry room is a joke. Nothing in there ever works right, especially the dryers and change machine. (Only use it as a last resort or if I'm too lazy to go elsewhere) I don't think anything has ever really been fixed right when I've had to call maintenance. It usually requires several phone calls or attempts by them. The air conditioner, the water heater, kitchen drawers, the faucets... have had multiple problems with all of them. (One issue was 3 months in getting resolved...if you can even call it that.)
