I have lived at Riverpark Plaza for three months and I have nothing, but bad things to say. I moved to this apartment for convenience reasons: close to my work and school. I have come to find out that living at Riverpark Plaza has been nothing, but an inconvenience and stressful experience. It took them 2 weeks to fix my mailbox because the lock was broken. Come to find out that post office left 2 repair requests and they never said anything or did anything about it. It took them 4 days to fix my air conditioner...it was 98 degrees in my apartment and 102 outside!!! They still haven't fixed my clogged sink and over flooded dishwasher!! This place sucks! The staff simply does not care about their tenants!
