This is the worst apartment living experience I've EVER HAD

Avoid this place at all costs. I've lived here for 6 months and there is a different manager in the office every time I go to pay the rent (no joking). Let's forget for a minute that the apartment I got was NOTHING like the 'model' I was shown. My apartment was FILTHY and unfortunately I moved from out-of-state and had no choice but to spend my first day here scrubbing the kitchen, the bathtub and sinks. My building went 3 MONTHS with no exterior lighting and all I got was excuses from the office. The grounds are always trashed. I went for an entire day with NO ELECTRICITY and 3 DAYS with NO HEAT due to a maintenance staff that is totally inept. They did not respond to the after hours emergency number, and no apology or reimbursement was offered by the management. We got over 7 inches of snow earlier in the winter and neither the drives nor the sidewalks and stairways were shoveled. Cars were getting stuck in the 3 foot snowdrifts!!! Neighbors all around me are constantly fighting and I am sick of having to listen to it through the paper thin walls. My lease is up next month and I've already given my move-out notice.
