there is no question in my mind that every review on here with complaints is totally legit. Many of them are duplicate complaints of EXACTLY what goes on where I live at Remington Park. Both are run by the same people that have horrible management and maintenance. NO wait... I think NO maintteance would be more accurate. The parking lot or sidewalks are never scraped. New employees every month working in the office. Just a pure HORRIFYING experience stay away from here AND Remington. I have not lived at River Park but have visited --- a prospective tenant.

Please add Sundance to the list of properties run by Lew McGinnis. He has put a contract on it. When he buys a property he gets rid of everyone that works there. He is the biggest slum lord out there. With no one worth a damn working for him (becuase no one worth a damn will) the places fall apart. He won't fix things becuase that's money out of his pocket. All I have to say is do your homework and stay away from any property that Lew McGinnis owns
