River Park Plaza Apartments are owned by a real slum lord. Lew mcGinnis and his management team, especially the area manager of all of his Wichita area apartments, Corey Patry have consistently demonstrated their incompetence by not responding to service calls for broken water pipes, faulty electrical systems, and unsafe conditions on the property. At the same time they are increasing rent by as much as 20%. The office staff recently served me an eviction notice, even though I pre-paid for six months. When I contacted the office their response was: "We served notices to all tenants" when asked why the response was "Because". The Wichita office of Central Inspections should be checking these people out,, there are so many code violations.
