I have lived at Riverpark Plaza for the past 4 yrs. I have seen alot of ups and downs with previous Manager, office staff and Maintenance. But I do have to say that the office staff that they have now is awesome. The Manager is right on top of your request or needs. The office staff is polite and willing to help out as well. The Maintenance Manager makes sure that request get taken care of in a timely fashion and if she can't she lets us know whats going on. She is real good about giving courtesy calls to see how things are going. As for all the comments about Lew and Corey, I have not had any problems with them.

Laura tries to help. Harold (Maintenance) is good but he's one guy. The year without adequate parking lot/outside lighting is getting very annoying. Once summer gets here it will be a "feeding frenzy" for the transients, and thieves, then maybe they'll be sued into enlightment. I hope they read these reviews.
