I can't say enough bad things about this complex. Even with new Management(they own about 40 other complexes in Wichita as well, sadly enough), this place is still the slums. Perhaps I am speaking from anger, but I feel it more from my experiences living here. Our stuff was stolen(about $2000 worth) and all evidence points to the maintenance people, who've I've heard horror stories about in the past, however we can't prove anything because stupid cops don't give a s*** about burglary anymore(but it was a clean break in, which means a key was used, the only 2 people to have a key were me and the maintenance, you do the math). Also about once a month I would have a COMPLETE STRANGER, some low life bs'in dude come knocking on my door asking for money, a different guy every time it seemed. And let's not forget about the horrid "security", as I can't recall how many times I have caught him just lazing around, sitting on his @ss in front of the laundry room. And I'm pretty sure he wasn't on his lunch break every time I caught him, because it was numerous times. He is lazy and a low life just like most of the people who live there and run that place. Back in the "pothole" era of the parking lot if you will, they even told me that a weight room was their top priority before fixing the parking lot, and that's why it was taking so long. Ain't that messed up' It's disgusting. Doesn't help it's right next to the JAIL. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Obvious this person has a problem. If the police can't prove it then maybe someone YOU know and let in your place (like a so-called-friend) stole your things. For the Security guy, maybe he's watching you because you may up to No Good. I guess we're a All Low Life, huh? Even you, duh... You said it, not me. The place is a good to live at AND as you CAN see, at least THEY are improving apartments.
