Riverpark Plaza

The day i moved in the manager said that he would and his staff would assist me at any time, day or night on any issue...ummm YEA......Emediatly i was having problems. First was my neighbor...all i can say is he loved rock out very loudly, have his drunken friends over and loved pot...but even after noise complaints to the office nothing was done...then my neighbors above me were even worse. nothing like hearing a 250lb man running up and down the stairs at all hours of the day and night along with his friends who just love to scream...again nothing was done about the noise. So all in all if you like a quiet apartment and move here...be deaf or have ear plugs handy.
The saftey...ahhh...yea right. i had my tags stolen from my car 2 times withing 6 months of living there. not such a great thing. i also had my car vandalized...again not any fun. There are all kinds of weird people that walk around who ask for a ride, to use your phone, or just your money. Not safe at all
There were small lake sized pot holes everywhere. idk if this had been solved but it was a definate problem when i lived there.
The hot water is almost non existant. I had a 1 bedroom apt and i could never ever take a shower for more than 5 mins. This is no exageration. I had to turn just the hot water on and let the run until my bathtub was full because by time the hot water ran out, and the cold water would start, it would cool my bath to a decent temp. I asked to have that fixed and i was never resolved
If you care about your pets...make sure they have amazing flea treatment.
I have one dog and she had never had a flea on her in her life till we moved here. She had them so bad that i was getting bit. I had to treat her for fleas almost every other day. It was so bad. Also i could see them in my carpet...no fun.
The only thing i did like about this apt complex was that it was next to the river and nice to walk along in the spring. It was also a great place to live during riverfest because of the close location...but also because of the close location there was more crime at this time.
choose wisley but i wouldnt even recommend this place to people i dont like.
