Unfortunately, I can't move until my lease is up. But for anyone thinking about moving here, forget it. I moved here from out of state and had to stay in a hotel for almost a week because my apartment was not ready even though they told me it was. I had to pay for the hotel plus rent because they would not reimburse me for the hotel. I filled up the walk-through page with all the stuff that was wrong and not all of it ever got fixed. The staff and management do not know the meaning of customer service. I'm not even sure there is any maintenance because I never see anything get fixed. As for safety...it's non-existent. The so-called security officer must be invisible because I've never seen him even when he is called. The back window of my car (along with 7 other cars) was shot out with a pellet gun. It took the apartment 3 days to sweep up the glass out of the parking lot. They have extreme problems with mold and pest control is unpredictable. You can always count on a bunch of drunk people out in the parking lot yelling and fighting every weekend. Hope this is enough to convince you to run the other way.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!I KNOW THEY'RE CHEAPER THEN MOST OTHERS, BUT IT WON'T BE WORTH IT...TRUST ME!!!!!I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS IT WAS MENTIONED ABOVE.WE MOVED HERE AND OUR APARTMENT WASN'T READY!!!!IN THE END, THEY ENDED UP GIVING US A DIRTY USED APARTMENT. THE CARPET WASN'T SHAMPOED AND NOTHING WAS CLEANED. WE HAD TO RENT OUR OWN CARPET CLEANER AND THEY REFUSED TO REIMBURSE US. THEY ALSO NEVER CHANGED THE LOCK ON THE DOOR, UNTIL 2 MONTHS LATER.I ALSO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY APARTMENT ALWAYS SMELLING LIKE SMOKE. MY CLOTHES, BED SPREAD, EVERYTHING SMELLS LIKE SMOKE. I'M ALLERGIC TO IT, AND THEY REFUSED TO MOVE US INTO ANOTHER APARTMENT. THERE IS ALSO ALWAYS LOUD MUSIC, INCLUDING DURING THE WEEK. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE'S NEEDS. YES I'M TALKING ABOUT THAT STUPID MANAGER, THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OR ANYONE. SHE LITERALLY LAUGHS AT YOU, WHEN U HAVE A PROBLEM.
