So all the other reviews on here sound like horror stories that no one really ever want to experience. Yes they are all true. My wife and i are getting ready to move to them. Yes sounds crazy but the cause of the problems is gone, Manager Jennifer. We have talked to several current residents about the complex now and all said the same thing "they care now". So before you are turned off by these reviews that are now about some who is no longer there, please go look for yourself and talk to people how are there right now to find out what its like right now.

Things have slightly improved I will agree. However this place has a long long ways to go. Unfortunately, i still have to come home to the smell of someone smoking pot in the building. No matter how many times i've told them about this (including the new manager) the problem still persists. Move here at your own risk.

I have lived in these apartments for over 3 yrs and it has gotten worse. I only had a few conversations with the previous mangager and they went well. However, the new management is ridiculous. They are rude, intrusive and deceptive. The grounds and apts could use some work but management takes care of this by entering your apartment without notice (which breaks tenant rights laws),repairs things without consent and charges you for it on your rent. Now, they have displayed car tag #s and apt #s under covered parking (only on select spots!). The price was fine at first but now has become an almost unresonable amt for the quality of living. Needless to say I will be moving soon almost solely due to the "management".

You're a liar! The management is absolutely horrible there. They are rude and don't have the slightest idea on how to run an apartment complex. Don't plan on things getting fixed unless you're willing to start a lawsuit against them. And if you're a women, don't ever go outside by yourself at night. The management says that it is safe, but ask them how many women have been attacked at their complex just in the past year. It will shock you.
