Alot of MOLD and water issues, 1970'S stain carpet and management will not replace, cabinets fall apart, there has been 2 rapes, 1 attempted murder on a child, cars broken into and stolen. Management claims to have security but I have never seen it. Fire extinguishers out of date in each bulding, loud loud people in almost every apartment!
Windows and front door very drafty.
Alot of young adults hang out and use drugs here and even from neighboring houses.
Management will not update anything inside apartments and just concentrates on outside appearance.

Alot that is said in this post is mostly false. To my knownledge there have never been any rape, the child incident was a family matter (i was told) and from what I have heard cameras where installed to deter people from breaking into cars. I have seen the security guy mainly in the evening walking the property at night. I have had no problems with maintenace if I ask for something it gets fixed. I have checked the fire extinguishers and they are all up to date. Although I too have seen the young adults hanging out, (they too live there and have a right to socialize), I have also seen the manager address these individuals and they have gone into their apartments or broken up their "party". The inside of my apartment is fine.
