I lived in one of the one bed apt. there with my girlfriend for 13 months. overall, it was fairly nice, but everything is cheap. The carpet is super cheap, the vinyl is cheap and admittly installed by their maintaince guys. most apt. dont have any trim around the walls, which makes the cheap carpet installed by cheap labor look terrible. Poor insulation is also a problem. We froze all winter and sweated all summer, it sucks. There are mice problems and spider problems. I must have killed a mouse or 2 a month with traps, and my gf ended up having to go to the doctor with a spider bite. But, it was fairly large for the price. Also, the owners will milk you for every dime they can when you leave. I told them in person 45 days in advance that i was moving out, and they tried to charge me for 2 months rent for not getting it in writing, despite that the contract did not call for written notice.
