I rented a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath back in 2005. The apartment was large and in good shape. Management was good for the most part. I did have a few problems with them: the driveway is not plowed during the winter so the parking lot becomes very slippery. When I moved out of the complex, I only received $40 of my deposit back....they claimed I didn't clean and the walls needed to be painted. In reality, the manger orignally told us the apartment only needed to be painted every 2 years, but we only lived there for a year AND I cleaned that place from top to bottom. It was spotless when I left. The manager than stated he was not the one that did the walk-thru afterwards. Non-the-less, I had to threathen small claims to get the rest of my deposit back.
So, although my living experience there was good, the managers treated us very poorly after I bought a house and decided to leave.
I'm torn on were I stand with this apartment, but I must admit. I would still be living there if I hadn't bought my house.
