me and my sister moved into southlake village in 2006 and had no problems in the begining we paid 3months in advance plus deposite but after living there for awhile we started noticeing problems. we had to call maitnence for our dishwasher 4 times and it still never got fixed it would break all of our glasses. the manager brent was very rude we lived on the third floor and i had a trash bag that i set outside on my balcony for a day because it was cold and i didnt want to try to carry my daughter and the trash down the stairs in snow and the next day i had a note on my door and a voice mail stating that if it wasnt removed in 24hrs he would come in to my apt and remove it himself and charge me 100 dollars and said it was unexceptable to do that. also one day while at work he called my job and told my boss that my apt had caught on fire and that i needed to come to the phone. once i got on the phone he then told me that he lied and that there was no fire he just needed to talk to me.UGH!!! my car was broken into on numerous occasions and when i notified the office the said sorry for your luck.i had plenty more problems with brent and his attitude till finally i just moved out. i would not recomend this apt to neone.

I had to comment on this! My husbands car has been broken into 5 TIMES! It's ridiculous! Each time we called the office and Brent told us the exact same thing. My husband then complained about the security! We NEVER see security EVER!
