I have lived at Tall Oaks for two years, and I have really enjoyed my time here.

The apartments are very spacious and ridiculously affordable.

The office staff is always very very friendly, which can be a rarity as apartments go.

Whenever my roommate and I had a maintenance issue, it was always addressed within the same day.

There is a certain amount of ghetto-osity that goes along with living in this area, but I never felt unsafe walking to my car or anything like that.

Occasionally neighbors have loud parties, but noisiness is not a constant problem.

I would recommend Tall Oaks to anyone who was looking for a nice, clean, spacious apartment on a budget.
