I am currently in the last month of my lease at Tall Oaks.

The rent isn't that bad. However, the tenants that have moved in around me lately are noisy and are much more disrespectful.

The management is horrible! My roommate and I have called in several times and they do nothing. Not only that, come to find out another one of my friends living in Tall Oaks got their rent for much cheaper.

Once we did the walk thru the woman giving it to us only addressed things of her concern. We saw various other things, but they only seem to care about the big things.

Bugs' I live on the third floor, but we do get an abundance of spiders. If spiders aren't your friends, I wouldn't advise living here.

Bills' Electric is expensive here. When I moved in and asked how much the average electric bill was each month and the woman told me about 40. That was a lie! On average my electric bill is about 70-100 dollars.

Gated community my ass! Out of the year I have lived here the gates only worked for the first couple of months. So if this is something you're wanting, it's a false advertisement.

I've used the laundry room here once and never again. I had to use the driers three times to dry a medium sized load.

Luckily I'm in an apartment that has parking. However, if you are further back in the complex parking can be quite difficult, especially at night.

It's a decent place to live, however there are some downsides. If you're a typical college-aged individual, then you will most likely fit in great with this apartment community.
