First the good, i'm in a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath apartment. The unit was in fairly good shape. the pool and fitness center is kept clean and is accessible during the day. The maintenance team is quick to respond to issues.

The bad: Spiders are a never-ending problem. Jumping spiders, brown spiders, lil spiders big spiders...they're everywhere and they're a pain in the ass. Some days I will kill 2-3 spiders upon returning from my classes. I got robbed at the mailbox area of a few bucks in cash. I live in a ground level apartment that had water literally flowing thru the windows during a heavy rainstorm. That problem seems to be fixed tho...however the main hallway that you enter into the building continually floods and smells horrible. They decided to let the hallway air out once after some flooding and left the doors open to the complex overnight. We're talking walls completely filled w/ mosquitos and other types of bugs. Not to mention my main door has roughly an inch gap between the floor and the door. So of course plenty of these lil bugs found their way into my apartment. I've been on the waiting list for a 1 bedroom apartment for 3 months and everytime I go in or call in to ask about the status of the waiting list I'm rebuffed and told I will receive a phone call later that day once they have a chance to review the list. I've never had a call returned to me. The laundry facility is pathetic. Don't even bother with the dryers just let your clothes air dry. If you have to have use the dryers expect to pay 3 bucks plus to get your clothes dry as it will take 2-3 cycles to dry the clothes. Some of the washers are out of order and filled with horrid smelling water. The office often doesn't unlock all the doors to the pool or fitness center during the day causing an inconvenient walk around the building to enter the front side.

Sorry for the run on paragraph. Bottomline: If you're a student and want to be close to WSU this is probably nicer than the varsity apartments and the place for you. Anyone else I wouldnt recommend it.
