I have been here for 6 months and really liked the place for the most part it's nothing special but OK for me. I have a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. The maintenance has been great they come and help whenever we have a problem but the management on the other hand (Caroline Davies) is rude and every time I have spoken to her she has belittle me and acted like I was stupid when I have explained a problem I was having. I pay 15 dollars a month for my parking spot and can't switch without waiting 30 days even though when the hail hits my car it's sets off a alarm and wakes up the people in the middle of the night. All I wanted was to switch to one with cars on either side of me to prevent that for happening but can't unless waiting 30 days from the first of the month or paying for two spots just for them to save me the spot that I wanted. You would think that they would want to prevent the waking up the tenets during the middle night but doesn't seem high on there priority list, so much for me trying to be considerate...

All this was addressed to Caroline and she was rude and didn't really care about others just wanted the extra money. If you live here or want to and want a good experience don't deal with her go straight to Saudra and if she can't do something she will let you know in a polite way and not belittling.

Other Problems that I have had: I hear my neighbors occasionally and only becomes a problem when they fight or play music loudly. There has been a incident where a Guy was going to each apt asking for money but when turned down and asked to leave did. It was rather creepy and don't know if I would live here if I had kids or if my Fiance didn't stay as much as he does. The gate to access the apartment is half the time not working so the place isn't as secure as they have promised. The parking lot is not lit and could be a problem at night. The pool is nice but is filled with cotton all the time and they do nothing about it. The pool just happens to be positioned next to the cotton wood tree they say. There is a bath room for the pool but when trying to go you have to walk around in the building because they have the door locked at all times. This makes it inconvenient for kids to have to go pee. There is a work out room available during the day but really could only accommodate for one person at a time if wanting to use the same machine. The laundry room has OK washers and dryers but not nearly as many as they claim and only 1/3 of them work and it's a trial and error to figure out which ones do.

So would I recommend this place probably but with the knowledge of only speaking with Saundra and not having kids or a single girl living here because can be scary and dangerous at night. If you do make sure to carry mase.
