Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
This place has had everything from a random guy drunk totalling 12 cars in the parking lot to people complaing about mold and infested of bugs, plus the management of the complex refuses to help or do anything to fix anything. Plus they come after you saying you owe them money for random stuff even if you have paid all of your rent. I've had people threaten me in the parking lot, car keyed, stereo stolen, you name it this place will satisfy you with upsetting you and ruining your stay.
