Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
-Roaches--Biggest problem of them all
-Leaking from the light bulb fixtures when it rains
-People are old or in the below average pay group
-Very thin walls--Cant turn tv up to loud without neighbor banging against my walls
-Living center is maintained well i guess
-Shower pressure sucks and the knob broke after a month
-Constant break in's to cars
