Cars are not safe! No security!

For my entire stay there has been very frequent car vandalisms, theft and even carnapping in the area. My car was scratched then after a few months, got broken into, and they took my GPS and other personal things, a week before they carnapped a neighbor's car. After that there has been more than 4 more cases of car theft within two weeks.
The 686-SWAT security does nothing and is no help at all. The management has taken no action and refuses to put security cameras or 24-hour patrol.
This has been a haven for thieves and larceny is frequent!
