I have been with this management property for MANY years and within the last year it has gone DOWN. I would NEVER EVER EVER EVER recommend Woodgate to anyone!!! I had a concern with insects and it took over two hours after I went over to ask the maintenance department to come help. I have had other complaints before then also. I have asked the top person in charge to call me back and it took a month and a half & her reason for not returning my call was that her boss was in town so she was too busy to return phone calls. Is it just me or am I mistaken by saying if it wasn't for consumers such as myself then she wouldn't have a job'!'!'! Oh well. My advice is do not use Woodgate, Rockbourgh, Kingsbourgh, Eastbourgh or any other company that ties in with them. Just to ensure that I am telling you correctly, try asking who is the management over these facilities and they will respond by saying either I don't know that information or the only person in charge is busy and you need to go through me. I went through the Better Business Bureau & finally received a call back. Also, I have gone through a total of thee apartments and two townehomes. Good luck & have a fantastic day.
