Woodgate was my first apartment i went there because they leased to me when i didnt have any rental history or any credit built up. they leased to me when i was 17 and i moved in on my 18th be-day. Now I may have been young but i wasnt stupid, I asked to see my apartment several times before i moved in and they kept telling me it wasnt ready, it wasnt ready. So I didnt get to see it until the day i moved in. I had plaid wallpaper in my kitchen with some kind of zodiac thing built into the count and this flowery crap in my bathroom. Well I moved in anyway, thinking id make the best of it. A few weeks go by and my toilet wouldnt stop running so i called maintance to come fix it... i had to call them back out 3 times and it still never got fixed, then they were going to start charging for water!! The towel bar in the bathroom fell off 3 times and they just kept screwing it back into wall in the same hole until a huge chunck fell out of the walland i just left that way. After a few months I started seeing cockroaches, and im sorry but i am not a dirty person! They didnt come from me. After that man I was outa there. They staff in the office sucks. I waited 3 months beofre I got deposit back! I called everyday and they just kept telling me its on its way its on its way, the idiots didnt even sed it to my forwarding address, they sent it to someone in colorado' How dumb can you be' Also this is the apartment complex the Carr brothers were found in. They are not very safe. No granted any where you go is not 100% SAFE but that is overbord for me!
