I wrote the review on June 12, 2005. Just an update:

They still have not made any repairs including the mold in the ceiling in the bathroom. I have sent over the past 3 years certified letters requesting repairs, none have been completed. The only thing done was the replacement of the water heater. It did take 3 days from the initial inspection of it. This place is absolutely rediculous. If you are into drugs however there are plenty of dealers living here to keep you in supply. Thank God I'm buying a house now! For pictures and more information I'm making a myspace page dedicated to Woodgate to try to warn people. It will be in myspace groups. By the way, their charges for cleaning when you move are crazy. Make sure and request a list of that before you sign a lease. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

DISAPPOINTING. I HAVE BEEN INTERESTED IN THESE APARTMENTS FOR A WHILE NOW, BUT LIVE OUT OF STATE.
