I ave lived year less then a year and I think the previous people writing reviews are being a little harsh. They apartments are old, there will be somethings not in tip-top shape in an apartment that is 30 years old. Having worked in the industry in the past, there are alot of things that are beyond the office/maitence control. If you get a leak, how were they to prevent that'' As soon as you call it in they should fix it yes but don't complain because you had the leak in the first place, complain that it didn't get fixed. I have had some issues in my apartment but they were all taken care of promptly and with with curtious employees of Woodgate. I would refer my freinds or family here.
