I used to live there for over five years. I was there when it was formerly Windsor at Woodgate and then they changed management. Out went the automatic gates and ample parking and careful screening of tenants. I didnt even move out after the shooting incident, but I should have because they only became worse. Maintenance was ok and that was about it. I used to often hear shouting and even heard tenants beating on each other or cries in the middle of the night (Called the cops once). My car got broken into and I personally knew that there were a couple of dealers. Grounds were not at all maintained. Their tennis court was cracking and there would be dog ---- everywhere. Windsor was at the least one hundred percent better than this. I had to move out. Would not recommend. They did not even return deposit citing that regular wall painting from normal wear and tear had to be applied from my deposit. Funny how it was exactly what my deposit was. Hmmm.. argued with them and gave up.
