Ok I lived there exactly 1 year...The only reason I did is so you would charge me the 1800 bucks it would have cost to break lease.

First day we moved in there were ants EVERYWHERE. I figured it wasn't that bad and took care of them. We also noticed suspisious stains on the kitchen floor around all of the cabinets. The first time we called about the insect problems they can to spray, before EVER asking if we had small children or pets they began spraying away. We didn't have children but we had a rabbit in full view of the front door, and to make matters worse he laughed when we rushed to move the rabbit to safety, he then proceeded to spray the poisons over a cup of tea he saw me set down to move the animal. And this is just the beginning.

A few months later the roaches came out in hordes as soon as the ants were gone. They were so bad the maintiance had to come back and their baited the place...6 months later it was even worse to the point we killed one and put it in a bag taking it to the office showed it to the management and put it in the mail box to make our point. At least we didn't have a spider problem though.

Next I NEVER felt safe at the apartment at that time I worked fairly late and never got home before 11pm...were as I had to drive to wal-mart to nap in my car as there were ZERO parking places until people had to leave for work. THe back was poorly lit and suspisious vehicles were always prowling. They also tow vehicles whenever they felt like it (and their towing company was owned by a maintience guy) They had it towed all the way to the southwest side of town almost in derby. When maintience did come in they would look at the problem for 2 seconds then say, "Well what do you want me to do about it'" The laundry room was aweful and the storage room could have been holding a dead body it was so gross.

My car got broken into while there, and a car directly infront of our apartment got 3 of their windows broken twice, then within 2 days of buying my new car a break in was attempted on it.

To make matters worse the staff was racist, and when I went in to talk to them they were all smiles. I hid around the corner once when my boyfriend when it and they were mean and hateful.

Also, our neighboors smoked weed outside their apartment in the daylight and packets of dog poo were left everywhere on the grounds.

And last but not least the neighboors are terrible. While moving out we had people sneak into our apartment on a 2 min trip to the car and stole at least 2 boxes. And they charged us for things that didn't need fixed on moving out, they even took 2 months to send the charge sheet to us and by the time we recieved it (3 days after the stamp date to let you know it wasn't lost) they payment was due in 1 week. Even though the letter was made well over a month ago.

I would NEVER recommend this apartment to ANYONE EVER. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had in a place I lived.
