We moved in around April of '08. We signed a year lease, we were ecstatic about the Washer/Dryer already inside the place. However when we moved in many things decided to break, our linen closet is off it's hinges; we had someone come fix it at first but they did a crappy "quick fix" making it worse. Our air conditioner has broken down about 3 times as well. That's fine, usually with apartments you can expect that kind of thing. The worse came when we started to get our vehicles vandalized. I recieved scratches on one side of my car, the bumper was ripped off as well. My fiance got a new bike and it was stolen one night (luckily we got it back the police found it with some druggie trying to scrap it for money). We fell on hard times and he had to drive a junk van around for awhile and someone came with a BB gun and shattered all of it's windows. Luckily we were able to get another car for him and it was broken into and searched through as well. We contacted the office each time about these incidents (as well as police reports) and all they did was give us a stupid free car port. And now that it is time to renew our lease, they want us to PAY for the CARPORT!! AND raise our rent!! This place has costed us more money than it is worth.. We even asked if we could get out of our lease and noooo...they were rude, snotty, and just plain did not care. So we contected the upper management and all she said was "those girls are not like that..". On top of all of that they had my fiance's work van towed and made us pay the fees. AND on top of THAT there is an old maintance man who has nothing better to do (fixing ppl's apts is not important) than to go around and look at when ppl's tags expire and put BIG stickers on the side with tow threats. I kid you not we had one on the work van and it was a pain in the butt to remove and I seen him slappin those bad boys on NEW vehiles with 30 day tags!! AND speaking of the office staff they are VERY INPROFESSIONAL they are always standing outside the area smoking and goofing off. They act like you are waisting their time...I bet you they do not live here...We are moving far away from here and I Do NOT reccommend this place to ANYONE at ALL. The neighbors are ok (there are some college kids) but they stay pretty much to themselves. I'm not one to complain about service and I have lived on the bad side of town and had WAY better service than this!! Way better....
