THESE APARTMENTS ARE THE WORST. THE PRICING IS GOOD BUT THE NEIGHBORS ARE THE WORST. THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT EVERYTHING FROM BABIES CRYING, TO DOGS BARKING, TO FAMILY AND FRIEND VISITS. YOU CAN'T EVEN VISIT WITH FAMILY WITHOUT RECEIVING SOME KIND OF COMPLAINT.
THE MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST, YOU TRY TO GO TO THEM WITH A PROBLEM AND THEY TURN IT AROUND TO WHERE YOU THINK THAT YOU HAVE THE PROBLEM.
COLLEGE STUDENTS, SINGLE PEOPLE AND SINGLE PARENTS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO MOVE, THIS IS NOT IT! THIS IS COMING FROM A RESIDENT IF YOU NEED TO DO HOMEWORK WITH FRIENDS, IT MAY CAUSE PROBLEMS. IF YOU DECIDE TO BE AN A STUDIOUS STUDENT, TYPING ON THE COMPUTER WILL CAUSE PROBLEMS. WATCHING TELEVISIONS TO LOUD MAY GET YOU EVICTED, LISTENING TO THE RADIO, MAY GET YOU EVICTED. IT'S LIKE YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE RADIO RIGHT IN YOUR EAR, TO LISTEN TO IT. FOR TELEVISION HAVE TO USE THE CAPTION JUST TO WATCH IT, AND FOR GUEST, YOU MIGHT AS WELL NEVER HAVE THEM BECAUSE TO VISIT, YOU MUST WHISPER.
IF THE MANAGEMENT SPENT MORE TIME FOCUSING ON PROBLEMS AND KEEPING THE MAINTENANCE AND TENANTS HAPPY THIS WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE.

I was afraid of moving into an apartment because I've always heard the walls are paper thin and that you could hear everything but that was not the case at Willow Creek. I NEVER heard my neighbors.

I have a very hard time believing your post. I don't believe your visitors are there to study. You probably get LOUD and rowdy, disturbing other people. Dogs barking is annoying. I am an avid animal lover, but don't let my dog bark incessantly. It is very bothersome and disturbing. I've lived by people like you....blaring their tvs and radios LOUD so you can hear it all over the apartment, or from your patio/balcony. If someone can hear you talking in a normal tone of voice or hear your tv and/or radio at a medium level, your apartment must have NO walls between units. You are full of it. You are creating a racket and not being considerate of other people who pay rent just like you, but can't enjoy life because of the noise level. I don't believe a word of your post.
