We lived here for 6 months...it was our first place so we decided to only get a 6 mo lease. The rent was a great price compared to other apartments I looked at. The bedroom is a little small (We had a Queen bed & a entertainment center in the room but I don't think much else would fit) I did like the walk in closet, except there was no light in the closet (buy a lamp!) The kitchen was small (as are most apt kitchens) The fridge worked great, dishwasher was ok, I hated that the stove had only one large burner and three small ones but it did the job. I liked the porch swing although we rarely used it. Had a small pest problem but the exterminator was out the next day to take care of it. I would have to say the maintance staff is great! Once a pipe burst in the apartment above us and our bathroom started to flood! It was 10pm on a Friday night so I thought that I was screwed but I called the answering service and they called the maintance staff and they were there asap! They even called someone to suck the water out of the carpet that night. Had a few maintance issues and the guys were always out the same day or the next day depending on the time of my call.
The only downside to the apartments was that I heard (after it happened to me!) that there were monthly break-ins! Our apartment got broken into sometime between 9:30am-12pm in broad daylight! They b*stards knocked down my door! (we had a dead bolt!) I walked in, saw my apartment in a complete mess and ran out. I went to the main office and the maintance guys went to my apartment to make sure no one was still there. I called the police and filed a report. So I would definately recommend living on the 2nd floor! AND GET RENTERS INSURANCE!
Those walls were pretty well insulated, we never heard any loud tvs,parties,kids etc. There are a lot of college kids that live there but I only saw a few parties while I lived there. The pool is kind of small...and always had 8 million leaves in it. lol....

The office staff was pretty nice. I also spoke to Keri mostly but I heard she is no longer there.

I would have had a pretty good experience here minus the break in! But a word of advice to anyone! GET RENTERS INSURANCE! It only cost me like $13/mo and they ended up taking over $5000 worth of stuff from my husband and I.
