I lived here for a year and it was the biggest mistake of my life. The rent sounded reasonable at $380 until i realized how much electricity I was wasting by constantly having the lights on since there is only 1 window and 1 sliding door in the entire unit. The carpet had burn marks from the person who lived in it before me, which I thought it was strange that they did not replace it. My apartment was infested with roaches and the "exterminator" that Willow Creek hired did not help the problem at all even after spraying 3 times. The front door would not shut properly unless it was locked. The maintenance fixed it by putting a weather strip on the door post. A few days later my apartment was broken into so I had my dad come over and fix the door properly and it only cost him $10 and 30 minutes to do so. After I moved out I got a letter in the mail saying that I owe $750 for a roach infestation that I supposedly caused, tampering with the door, and carpet damage caused by a cat that I never owned because I am highly allergic to cats. My younger sister was unaware of my horrible experience here and moved in recently. On the second night that she lived here her apartment was broken into by four guys. She and her roommate were forced to hide in the bathroom and call the police. Luckily a cop was already in the neighborhood (figures) so nothing was stolen. please please please DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
