I have yet to move into these apartments, but after reading these reviews and having issues with contacting and getting information from the management I am going to the office tomorrow to get my deposit back. I turned in an app 3 weeks ago along with my 200 dollar deposit wanting to move in on the 1st through the 8th. It is now August 12th. NOTHING!!!! They have a messaging service that sends them messages when they are out of the building instead of an answering machine, which seems to be a problem. Either messages are not getting relayed back to them, or they just don't care. I loved the office assistant Carrie but she is no longer there probably because she got tired of dealing with the ----- woman Manager Naussicca (Na-shee-ka). Who is fake, ghetto, and unprofessional all wrapped up in one ball of hot mess.

I was informed by Carrie that she has only been working there for a few months and has already had plenty of complaints...if Willow Creek wants to get more prospective tenants, your best bet is to get "Damien" out of that office
