I lived here a little over a year and I have mixed feelings about my experience there. We will start with the bad:

1. The parking lot is crazy. Everyone drives like a nut at this place and there is a thousand blind spots where you can't see what is coming around the corner. And getting across Harry into traffic is taking your life into your hands daily. Also the parkinng spaces are WAY to close together making it difficult at times to get out of your vehicle. The area I loved in had trees hanging over the parking stalls and once during an ice storm I had a branch fall on the roof of my vehicle and dent it and of course the property management company did not pay for the damages.

2. This place has a HUGE ant and spider problem. Everytime the weather would warm up I had to start spraying on a daily basis to keep the critters at bay. In addition my building had a squirrel problem....as in the squirrels had chewed there way into the building and you can hear them running around in the apartment walls at night!

3. Maintenance here is the worst of any place I have ever lived in. Now granted right before I moved out they fired the whole staff and were hiring new people but the guys I dealt with while living there were incompetent and complete jerks!

4. All the applainces in the apartments are old and need replaced. My refrigerator made a horible howling noise that the former mentioned maintenance staff could never fix, my dishwasher was a joke, and my A/C was noisy and barely blew out cold air.

5. Last but not least...the buildings themselves are dirty and falling apart. And they don't clean the hallways often enough in this place so there is always a funky smell in them.

The Good:

1. The apartments are HUGE! Lots of space for the money and a ton of closet space.

2. Office staff was always friendly and very approachable.

3. Fairly quiet...unless you live under someone like I did. Noise in this place does not travel through the walls but up and down. If you live under someone you will hear everything they do.

All and all I would say aavoid this place there are nicer apartments for the money!

I agree 100% with most of this review. The ants are horrible, appliances too old, and nasty hallways. Maintenance doesn't consider anything an emergency..even vomit in the hallway....gross. The parking is horrible, and the noise from underneath is unbearable at times.
