Maintance very poor. After 3 years, still waiting for repairs promised during move in. Lots of staff turnover. Many times same repairs have to be done several times. Very poor quality carpet, blinds and plumbing. Residences are the biggest problem. Buildings are suppose to be secure with 24/7 locked doors however residences entering or exiting the building will let strangers in. Lots of noisy teenagers roaming around and young "adults" partying until 1:00 am. It is not usually to be unable to park in residence's parking due to vistors. Indoor and outdoor pool nice until the adults start drinking, the teens start making out and both compete for who can spew out the most swear words. Utility cost is very low and well kept on the outside. Since problems having been ongoing since I moved in, I will be moving when my lease is up.
