No matter what incentives Yorktown offers, don?t buy into the year contract. You?ll be BOUND, with no way out! Not even unemployment.
Maintenance is terrible?it took 3 calls to get a battery changed in the smoke detectors and 5 or more calls to have the bath tub unclogged. The heating unit is loud as a freight train and your water has to be scalding hot to produce heat for the apartment. It took a year to get the security lock fixed on the building door and you can?t park in front of the building when it snows.
This place is not worth your money at all. There are no amenities! The building temperature is not regulated. There?s a high turnover rate in staff, which makes for confusion and a breakdown in communication of policies and procedure.
This is no place to call HOME?Don?t do it!
