I consider myself very patient, but that was tested at Yorktown Estates. First, children run wild in the hallways here making it impossible to have any quiet. Not a place to live if you have a newborn, as children running up and down the halls will definitely wake up your baby. Second, everything breaks in the apartment. Not usually a problem, but when management does a poor job correcting the problems, problems become bigger and take longer to correct. Third, they do not seem eager at all to keep there tenants happy and comfy.....evident when it takes 3-4 plus days to get problems corrected, and you have to call for updates. Not at all worth the money! It is located in a nice part of town, but management needs an overhaul before I would rent here again! Note: I have never had problems in previous rentals. If you rent here, just plan for things to break often and your patience tested.
