I moved into Yorktown last October and I'm still living here, in fact I just signed a 1 year lease. Yes there are children that run around, but they are kids. I don't hear any loud music I can't hear the people walking around above us. It is well insulated, in the winter we didn't even turn on our heat. The maintenance have always come to our rescue, they have always solved any problems we have had. The management have always been friendly and they have always helped me with anything that I felt was important to me. I love living here and I'm not moving until I buy a house. So if your looking for a great place to live in an awesome location, this is it! Unless you hate kids, then I would not recommend living here.
