My husband and I lived there for about a year. They are very nice apartments, but in the winter time we frozed. We had our thermostat maxed far as it would go, it still wouldn't warm the apartment. We called maintence and they came, but said, "nothing was wrong with our furnace." So, therefor we would walk around in our own home with pants, sweater, gloves, hat and a blanket. We did turn the gas fireplace on, but then we saw the bill and turned it off. Parking was ok. We were always able to find spots close to our apartment. The pool was very nice. They gym could use some updates. Some of the machines were broke. The management was real friendly. We did have some problems with vandalism with our cars. Kids were always riding bikes in the street and wouldn't move out of the way for cars. We didn't have any problems with our appliances. They didn't paint the whole apartment before we moved in. They filled holes from previous people that lived there and painted that spot. People would slam their doors, and talk so loud in the walkway. Other than that the noise level was low.
