I have been moving around the country for my job since 1992 in various "luxury" apartment communities. My very first apartment (one in Florida) with a management company really set the stage for my expectations high for the rest of my renting days. When I moved there everything was perfect. I didn't know I could complain to management but looking back, I didn't have anything to complain about. Since then I have had SO many experiences from the worst (bed bugs and a robbery in one place) to pretty good. When I got ready to move to this place, I braced myself, because, you really never know what you are going to get until you move in. Great surprise! The apartment was the one I was promised. The price was the price I was quoted. The apartment and the keys and the papers were ready for me. While there ANYTHING I mentioned was fixed or addressed or attended to... like it was important that I was happy. My neighbors were private but pleasant. I left in June to move on to another assignment for work but I wanted to say that this place gave me a new best standard. It is really a good place to live.
