There is not one good thing I would say about these apartments.

- The staffing and maintenance is constantly changing. You never know who you are dealing with and there are constant mistakes being made.
- I signed my lease for a second year and they told me I could have one wall of my choice painted a color of my choice. When it came to actually doing it...they picked the color and the wall, the smallest wall in the apartment! They set the appointment 3 times, never showed up so I gave up trying. My wall was never painted...
- It took 5, yes 5 tries to get my carpets cleaned. They kept setting appointments and never actually doing it. They had one excuse after another. When they come to clean your carpets, they go around the furniture in the room instead of moving them...so I had all of my furniture sitting in my kitchen for over a month waiting on them because they only made one appointment a week.
- You can hear every neighbor around you. I had neighbors below me where I could hear every word they said.
- For some reason....about every other month they need in your apartment for some reason. You can't say no and they will go in no matter if you are there or not. If you question it, expect attitude.
- The parking is horrible in the building I am in. When the pool is open, there are ZERO parking spots.
- The 24 hour fitness, isn't actually 24hrs. I tried to go twice at night and it was closed.
- You don't get what you pay for, especially with all the extra fees. 575 is the advertised price for the apartment I was in, I paid 665 each month for a one bedroom.
- There was obvious water damage around the tub when I moved in, that was never fixed after repeated phone calls.
- You can't hang anything, paint, or customize your "home" at all.
- The vents in both my apartment and my friend's apartment for the dryer didn't work properly, they alway leaked water all over the floor from the heat.
- Wait until someone turns on their garbage disposal or dishwasher...they are SO LOUD!

Ok this was my experience with all of the issues this person is fussing about...I had a choice of 5 real pretty colors and picked out my own wall. If anybody new is at the office, they are very nice and will try until they find my answer. My FREE carpet cleaning (people have nerve complaining about free stuff) made my carpet fluffy again (it is a little worn) and they came on the first day they said. They change the furnace filter every quarter - I think it is nice to not have to do it myself. The exercise room is always open - they dont' lock the doors. If you look all the stuff says FROM 575 - I bet you had a paper to sign agreeing to that 665 before you moved in. They told me to make the place my home, that when I move out they will patch the holes from my pictures and curtain rods. Are you sure your washer wasn't leaking. Dryer vents don't leak - water doesn't come from heat. My disposal was REALLY loud when I moved in but I asked to get it fixed and they just put in a new one without any complaining or argument. It seems like you just hated everything about the place. Nothing is perfect, not even a house. If you owned a house, who would you complain to?
