The Manager is a tyrant! - I have lived in Bruce for almost 3 years and have had nothing but problems. The conditions are gross, roaches and trash everywhere. The manager is a horrible lady, she is always screaming and bullying people. She issues cittations and then refuses to discuss them with you.
