I moved into Campus Pointe b/c everything-- cable, utilities, high-speed internet, etc was all included in rent. However, three months after moving in, only half the contruction of all the buildings is completed, and the construction crews left. Our clubhouse isn't even built yet; I moved in well long after construction had begun! We get so much taken off rent due to an unbuilt clubhouse. The mud and junk left from building is still here, causing a big mess. Anything you are promised isn't kept. The apartments themselves, though look nice throughout. I was excited to move into a place that was supposed to be the 'luxury' apartments for students at WKU, but instead it's more like an off-road apartment complex.
