I lived at Campus Pointe for one year, and was pretty satisfied with it. The maintenance staff is amazing, and I only realized how great they were after I moved and had to deal with horrible ones. The office staff is very friendly, and the apartments are spacious. We also had the option of using our own furniture and paying less monthly in rent, which was great. The only negative is that the management company which owns them is sneaky. They said they would allow pets, then changed their minds. Also, they said that we would never go over our utilities budget, but it happened almost every month. The office staff was frustrated because they had nothing to do with it. In all, I thought it was a pretty good complex--better than Western Place!
