Cheap, Unsafe, and Noisy

This place has serious noise and pest problems. When you go to rent an apartment they show you one with great workmanship, when you move in to yours you discover that is the only one with that level of workmanship. In my bedroom there had been holes in the wall and they weren't patched properly. The light fixtures are cheap. One in my bath doesn t work all the time because the wiring is bad. There is no fixture in the kitchen because they ran out when they were building the place and then they quit making the one they needed. At least that is what maintenance told us. The paint is spotted on the walls and is different colors. We've repeatedly told them that there are pest in the apartment and the spray they use does not work. The internet and cable are unreliable, and as a college student, internet is a must. Noise is definitely a problem. The walls are thin and you can hear people from apartments around you. They tell you that they have a 24 hour security service, but they don't. You have to call the police if you want any problem solved. There have been many burgulies, and after my car was damaged and no one stepped forward to say who did it, I pulled the public record for my building. It was very surprising. There were cases of assault, public drunkenness, fighting, assault, theft, and drug trafficking. The other people here party into the wee hours of the mourning. They fight on the grounds and yell constantly. This is definitely not a safe environment and I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

In concurrence to this, they allow non college students as residents which can be a big pain as it's $350 to switch rooms and they absolutely will not let you out of your lease hassle free. The monthly utilities allowance usually always go over every month. Security Guard is mostly a joke and people run around yelling and fighting outside often and into the early morning. The Cable channel selection is also lacking.
